About the Role
Arclight Platforms is hiring a Chief Supply Chain Officer whose mandate covers owning end-to-end supply, procurement and network performance across its software business. Based in Minneapolis, MN on a on-site basis, the role reports to the chief executive officer and the board and carries a remit of Enterprise-wide, with full P&L and board accountability. Arclight Platforms is a product-led SaaS business scaling beyond its first $100M of recurring revenue. The appointed leader inherits 400–1,800 across the function people and will be measured on the strategic priorities set out below rather than activity.

- Manage supply risk, continuity planning and compliance
- Own the integrated planning cycle from demand signal to fulfilment
- Deliver landed cost, service and inventory targets simultaneously
- Redesign the network for resilience and cost efficiency

Qualifications
- Supply chain leadership across planning, sourcing and logistics
- Track record delivering cost and service improvement together
- Command of S&OP and supply chain analytics
- 18+ years, including 6+ at executive committee level of progressive leadership experience
- Experience operating in the software sector or an adjacent regulated market

- Accountability for a budget or P&L consistent with Enterprise-wide, with full P&L and board accountability
