About the Role

Everly Marketplace is hiring a Senior Vice President, Supply Chain whose mandate covers owning end-to-end supply, procurement and network performance across its e-commerce business. Based in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid basis, the role reports to the executive vice president or chief executive officer and carries a remit of National function leadership with budget ownership. Everly Marketplace is a direct-to-consumer commerce platform scaling nationally. The appointed leader inherits 150–500 people and will be measured on the strategic priorities set out below rather than activity.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Build analytical capability across the planning organisation
  • Lead planning, procurement, logistics and distribution leaders
  • Own supplier relationships at executive level

First 12 months

Strategic Priorities

Improve inventory turns and reduce working capital tied up in stock
De-risk single-source dependencies in critical categories
Take structural cost out of the network without harming service

Day to day

Key Responsibilities

  • Redesign the network for resilience and cost efficiency
  • Lead strategic sourcing and major supplier negotiations
  • Manage supply risk, continuity planning and compliance
  • Own the integrated planning cycle from demand signal to fulfilment
  • Deliver landed cost, service and inventory targets simultaneously

Leadership profile

Qualifications

  • Track record delivering cost and service improvement together
  • Command of S&OP and supply chain analytics
  • Supply chain leadership across planning, sourcing and logistics
  • 14+ years, including 5+ leading leaders of progressive leadership experience
  • Experience operating in the e-commerce sector or an adjacent regulated market

  • Proven leadership of 150–500 people, directly and through other leaders
  • Accountability for a budget or P&L consistent with National function leadership with budget ownership
  • Experience presenting to executive committees, boards or investment committees
