About the Role

Neuralpath Systems is hiring a VP of Transformation whose mandate covers owning the enterprise change portfolio and the value it is expected to deliver across its artificial intelligence business. Based in Washington, DC on a on-site basis, the role reports to the senior vice president or the relevant c-suite executive and carries a remit of Functional leadership across several teams and regions. Neuralpath Systems is an applied AI company deploying models into enterprise workflows. The appointed leader inherits 60–220 people and will be measured on the strategic priorities set out below rather than activity.

The leadership mandate

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Chair the transformation steering committee with executive sponsors
  • Build internal change capability rather than permanent consultancy reliance
  • Lead programme directors and change leaders across the portfolio

First 12 months

Strategic Priorities

Embed new ways of working so change survives the programme
Bank the committed benefits from programmes already in flight
Reduce portfolio complexity and stop initiatives that no longer pay back

Day to day

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the transformation portfolio, its sequencing and its benefits case
  • Hold sponsors accountable for delivery and value realisation
  • Establish transparent reporting on progress, risk and benefit capture
  • Lead process redesign and operating model change
  • Manage the change and communications agenda across the workforce

Leadership profile

Qualifications

  • Command of programme governance and operating model design
  • Large-scale transformation leadership experience
  • Track record of realised, audited benefits
  • 12+ years, including 4+ leading managers of progressive leadership experience
  • Experience operating in the artificial intelligence sector or an adjacent regulated market

  • Accountability for a budget or P&L consistent with Functional leadership across several teams and regions
