Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Scott founded HireAxis after twenty-five years leading talent, operations and workforce strategy for national employers across technology, healthcare and professional services. He built the platform around a simple frustration: candidates were being asked to make major career decisions from job adverts that told them almost nothing useful.
Before HireAxis, Scott held executive roles spanning talent acquisition, HR operations and commercial strategy, including a decade as an operating executive responsible for hiring at scale across multi-state organisations. He has sat on both sides of the table — building hiring processes for employers and coaching senior professionals through career transitions — and he is unsentimental about what candidates actually need: honest role descriptions, a clear process, and a response either way. He leads HireAxis day to day and still reviews candidate feedback personally each week.
A job search should feel structured, not exhausting. If a listing can't explain what the work actually involves, it isn't ready to be published.
